Not sure where your order is?

At Taking Shape we use Australia Post E-Parcel Standard Delivery for both domestic and international deliveries. Based on your location, you should receive your parcel within the following timeframes:

Australia (Order $60+) FREE 2-7 Business Days
Australia (Order Under $60) $9.95 2-7 Business Days
New Zealand $15 7-10 Business Days
International $30 7-20 Business Days


  • To check on the progress of your order up until it is shipped, please log in to your Taking Shape Account, which can be accessed after signing in from the My Account link on the top right of every page on our website. You will see one of the following order statuses:

    Pending - your order has been successfully received in our system
    Card Validated - your order is now being fulfilled (packed) in our warehouse
    Dispatched - your order payment has now been processed and your parcel sent to Australia Post to be shipped to you.

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, all tracking information is provided by Australia Post.

    To track your order, you need to first identify your tracking number, which is provided in your Order Dispatch Email. This will have been sent to the email address you used to complete your order.

    Tracking Australian Deliveries

    Tracking Numbers for orders delivered within Australia start with GTK and have 7 numbers.

    Generally, your tracking code will appear in the centre of the barcode, just like the below image:

    You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website by entering 'GTK' and the 7 digits directly after into the tracking box.

    You may also like to subscribe to updates from Australia Post, which will then email you updates on your parcels delivery status. You can do this by following the directions on the Australia Post website, shown after you enter your tracking number.

    Tracking International Deliveries

    To track your international parcel, please enter the entire tracking number, sent to you in your order dispatch email, at the Australia Post Tracking website at

    Please note:

    • It can take up to 24-48 hours for Australia Post to update their system with tracking information.
    • Australia Post only scans parcels and updates the delivery status information at key locations. This means tracking may occur only on lodgement (when the parcel arrives at PRESTON BC from us to begin it's journey to you) and upon delivery at your local post office, which may not appear until nearly seven days later. This is standard and does not mean your parcel is missing.
    • International parcels can only be tracked by your local postal service once they arrive in the country of destination.
  • It is our desire for you to look and feel great in Taking Shape clothing, so we will gladly refund any part of your order should it not meet your expectations.
