Love this dress. I managed to get this on sale when I popped into the Otaki store. Light weight and very flattering. Can be worn for many different occasions.

Disappointed by tassels

Lovely dress, fabric soft and flowing and feels great on. As with other reviews though, I was disappointed by the poor quality of the tassels - one simply unravelled completely on first wear! Without the tassels the beads also come off, so left with just strings. I've kept the frock as it's lovely to wear (and returning too much of a pain) but will have to add my own trims as without it the strings look odd. Really not acceptable TS!

Lovely dress. Cool on hot day. But I also had the same trouble with the tassles. First time I wore it I left a trail of gold thread everywhere! They all fell out so now just beads at end of cord, which is a shame as I thought the tassles made the dress.

This dress looks fabulous. The fabric is so cool and comfortable and I receive many compliments when wearing it. Only drawback is that the tassel started to unravel first time I wore it. Went back to store of purchase to exchange but the one in store was also unravelling, so I have sealed the tassel binding with clear nail polish. Hope it works ‘cos it’s a great dress!

I tried this dress on in store and loved the cut and style, but didn't buy it as the tassels were all frayed and split. So I tried ordering one online and again this one turned up with damaged tassels. Given that the tassels are gold on a black background it makes the fault super obvious. Shame as otherwise a nice dress.
