Poor sizing

I've loved almost everything I've ever bought from TS with this item excepted. It looks a bit cheap with poor finish and the sizing is totally inadequate. I ordered a 22/24 as I usually buy a 22 and it's too small. Will cost too much to return from the UK so I feel I'm lumbered with keeping it. Has really put me off ordering again.
