Perfect light weight for the heat

I had coveted this top for a long time but was scared to purchase due to a review. I bit the bullet when it was drastically reduced, and I'm very glad I did. rnIf you live anywhere that is hot and humid, you will love this blouse. It is extremely light and very soft, including the embriodery. The only issue I had was the embroidery join which looks like a fault line through it. I hand sewed patterns across to blur the line, and was happy with the outcome. It may or may not be a bother to you, but my brain could not unsee the 'salvage' line

Odd Top

I think this top is a miss for the following reasons: too wide and too short, emphasises the bust and creates a strange optical illusion in the shoulders that looks quite awkward. The lace is also very stiff and uncomfortable. I was really attracted to this top but it is very odd on the body. Also slightly see-through. Not a winner in my book.

What a gorgeous top. It’s 100% cotton and it doesn’t get wrinkled after a cold wash. It is so much more beautiful in person. The embroidery is real. Love it!
