Waisted at back

I bought this dress intending to wear it unbelted as a shift, as shown in one of the photos. I have no waist at all and lots of lumps and bumps (both front and back) that need to be skimmed over. Front view, no problem. But unfortunately (hidden in all the photographs and unmentioned in the description) the waist is elasticated at the back. This makes it grip most unattractively. I can’t return it because it was on clearance. Too many TS dresses, and particularly the special occasion ones, have either waist elastication or a sewn waist seam which just catches in my back rolls and ruins the line. Please make more simple shifts or shirt dresses with a lovely flow and an even hemline. Thank you!

I tried on this dress as it was on sale . It’s not something I normally would have tried on , but it is so lovely on . I am going on a Cunard cruise so needed something that looked a million dollars . It’s perfect to pack as it won’t crush . I’m normally a 14 but bought a size 12 .

Loved this dress especially the belt it detail with the gathering and sparkly buckle is just beautif

Absolutely just loved this dress the fabric is so beautiful and the belt how it gathers sits perfectly on the empire waist to add the georgious buckle and the style is just something different and refreshing!

This is a very soft flowing dress with plenty of give, although that makes it a bit clingy if you’re wanting to hide some of your unwanted curves. The sleeves are lovely too but the colour Is dull mauves compared to the photos on line which made it look a lot brighter on line, I was soo disappointed. Unfortunately I’m returning but thankfully there’s always something for everyone.
